President Donald Trump had some very sad news to share tonight, his youngest brother Robert has died a few weeks short of his 72nd birthday in New York.

And in fact, president Trump visited his brother in hospital just yesterday it seemed like the younger trump had a recent fall, perhaps according to the New York times and had been suffering from some brain bleed since then by Friday in the us.

His condition was deteriorating rapidly son his brother went to see him.

Robert Trump maybe one of the least known of the trump family but one who said in 2016 that he supported his brother's candidacy for president.

He worked in the Trump organization and in various other business ventures so president Trump put out a short statement on his brother, he said it was with a heavy heart that he shared the news and that his brother Robert had passed away peacefully and Trump said that Robert will be greatly missed.

We do expect the president to attend the funeral of his brother and he does have a busy travel week coming up going to a number of different states so, it looks like there may be some changes in his schedule related to that.
